Background
I was particularly interested in surgical subspeciality after graduating from PA school. I chose ENT specifically because my job would entail long-term treatment/continuity of care of head and neck cancer patients. After starting my career as a technical recruiter, I decided that I wanted to focus on the medical field. This was after having worked with many providers who cared for cancer patients and their families.
