I value taking the time to educate patients on their diagnosis and ensure they understand all of their various treatment options prior to developing a team-based treatment plan.”

Background

Dr. Gal enjoys caring for patients of all ages with ear, nose, and throat disorders. Her clinical interests include thyroid and parathyroid disorders, pediatric ENT issues such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy and ear tubes, allergy and sinus issues, snoring and sleep disorders, dizziness/vertigo, and hearing loss. In addition to a wide range of practices, Dr. Gal is known for her warm bedside manner and a strong commitment to her patients. Bi-lingual in English and Polish, she offers top-level compassionate care in a warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. She is a pioneer of new treatment methods and procedures, offering a wide array of options and treatments on the cutting edge of medicine and otorhinolaryngology. She’s committed to spending time with each patient and providing thorough and relatable care.

Dr. Gal believes in listening to her patients and developing a treatment plan alongside her patients that improves their quality of life.

Dr. Gal earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She then completed medical school at Midwestern University College of Osteopathic Medicine and her residency in Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Gal is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the American College of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. She has been awarded Chicago Magazine Top Doctors 2021 and 2022 and Exceptional Women In Medicine 2020, 2021, and 2022.

Dr. Gal was born in Chicago and she speaks English and Polish. She resides in the Southwest Suburbs with her husband and three children.
